Renewing Communities is a non-profit foundation offering hope to residents, employees and neighbors of multi-family apartment operator Renewing Management. We help people cultivate relationships, activate their gifts and abilities and celebrate the differences and beauty in each person.
RESIDENTS
Our Community Ambassadors are residents of Renewing Management apartment communities tasked with working to cultivate relationships, activate and celebrate gifts, and provide vital wellness programming. Working together with a team of engaged residents we call the Resident Enhancement Team, the Community Ambassador acts as the liaison between residents and management. They identify fundamental community needs and offer solutions and programming to address them while building positive relationships. The foundation also provides rental assistance to residents, and various programs at the community level.
EMPLOYEES
Renewing Management employees are the backbone of our organization. Not only do they work day-in and day-out on behalf of our residents, but help fund the non-profit work of Renewing Communities. Through these funds, the foundation provides financial assistance to employees when needed, and a growing number of wellness incentives and educational opportunities to benefit employees' physical, mental and spiritual health.
NEIGHBORS
We believe that relationships bring unity amid diversity and are vital to solving real problems. We turn to our neighbors in all the areas surrounding our communities and listen to the needs of people. Helping employees and residents thrive also means actively investing in programs and new businesses that bring hope to the community.
